Shipping policy

Please allow up to 5 days for your order to ship. If your order shall take longer than 5 days to go out, you will be notified by the email address you used to place your order.

We ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for all domestic orders. Currently, shipping is on us for all domestic orders. You will receive a tracking/shipping notification to the email address you provided when your order is ready to ship. We ask that you provide a valid street address. If you are shipping to a PO Box or would prefer expedited shipping, please reach out to us at hello@lilaria.com.

For orders outside of the United States, please send inquiries to hello@lilaria.com. 

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
